 Unable to film this week, I took the time to make a rough draft of the edited version of the first couple seconds of the opening. I tried to create a balance of good pacing but still focusing on main details and shows it to the main actor to which he was pleased with everything so far. We planned another filming day for the following week.

 Finding days where I didn't have work and Logan didn't have after school activities was hard but we did eventually start the actually filming of the opening. We took our first planned hang out to film the opening shots where josh was inside of the house. It took us about 2 hours to get it how we wanted it but couldn't continue filming as it was already late and we had plans in the morning

 We took a break but came back strong as ever as we planned out all of the lighting including the time of day and how dark we wanted the environment to be. Logan also helped choose how we wanted the sounds to play out like which song we planned to use for the AirPods and the sound cues that would make josh turn around.

 We have not started filming the opening yet as we are trying to make it as accurate to the script as we can. After planning another hang out we discussed the exact places where we planned to film which was going to take place at my house. We also did a quick run through of the script to make sure we had the same ideas for the camera angles and scenes. 

when first creating my film i thought finding an actor for my film was going to be hard. I texted all of my friends and it turns out that my friend Logan Ortiz has an acting career and hes been acting for 2 years. I sent him the script for my film opening where he agreed that he would help act. This is when we started production by going to his house and finding out an outfit for our main character josh. we left it off at that and planned to start filming another day.
